Ticket sales for GAIS's home derby against IFK Göteborg on 25 October will be conducted in several phases with priority for the club's most loyal supporters. The club announced a detailed schedule for the sale.
The sale begins at 12:00 on 25 September for season ticket holders and holders of corporate season tickets in the partner lounge. This first sales phase lasts until 12:00 on 29 September. After that, the opportunity opens for members who purchased a 2026 membership by 17 September. A link to purchase tickets will be sent via email around 11:30 on 29 September to eligible members who have not opted out of communications. The second phase ends at 12:00 on 2 October.
From 2 October at 12:00, previous ticket buyers get their chance. This applies to supporters who have purchased tickets for GAIS home sections in at least two matches during the 2025 or 2026 seasons. During each sales phase, a maximum of ten tickets can be purchased per Football Account. The club emphasises that queueing is not permitted before the scheduled sale times.
GAIS also warns against tickets purchased outside the official channel. The club accepts no responsibility for such tickets and reserves the right to deny entry to individuals with clear away team sympathies who have bought seats in the home sections. Tickets for the away section are distributed solely via IFK Göteborg.
For ticket inquiries, the club refers to biljett@gais.se. Partners with corporate season tickets in the partner lounge who wish to purchase extra tickets should contact niklas.andersen@gais.se.
